4 Heathly -Juice Recipe






Here are four healthy juice recipes you can try at home:

 1. Green Detox Juice

Ingredients:

- 1 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 green apple
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 lemon
- 1-inch piece of ginger

Instructions:

1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
2. Cut the cucumber, celery, and apple into pieces that will fit into your juicer.
3. Juice the spinach, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon, and ginger.
4. Stir the juice well and serve immediately.


 2. Carrot-Orange Juice

Ingredients:

- 4 large carrots
- 2 oranges
- 1/2 lemon
- 1-inch piece of turmeric root (optional)

Instructions:

1. Wash and peel the carrots and oranges.
2. Cut the carrots into pieces that will fit into your juicer.
3. Juice the carrots, oranges, lemon, and turmeric root (if using).

- 1/2 lime
- A handful of mint leaves

Instructions:
